About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Extend a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
2. Address incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages; either respond to them or direct them appropriately
3. Arrange meetings and keep calendars up to date
4. Receive and organize incoming mail, and distribute it accordingly
5. Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements, as well as generate vouchers
6. Act as a representative of the business, speaking on its behalf and ensuring that clients, customers, and employees are treated with respect and professionalism
