About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
2. Build relationships with stakeholders or customers, leading to high customer satisfaction
3. Act independently and interface with customers and suppliers through strong written and verbal communication
4. Effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure, collaborating with multiple internal clients
5. Apply strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
6. Utilize well-developed, solution-oriented selling skills
7. Drive transformational change within the organization
8. Manage multi-phase projects effectively
9. Adapt to varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of customers
10. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
11. Develop a supply base that supports business needs
12. Take an active role in working with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, C&D, Marketing, Pricing)
13. Develop potential sourcing scenarios and negotiation tactics, preparing and conducting regional negotiations
