We are building an Amazon-like e-commerce platform of rentable products for 200M urban Indians. About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders
2. Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly
3. Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues
4. Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience
5. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
6. Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse
7. Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports
