We are a customer-focused travel company dedicated to delivering seamless travel experiences. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations and ensure smooth planning and execution of client itineraries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and local partners to ensure smooth trip execution.
Prepare and manage travel itineraries and documentation for individual and group travel.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, payments, and special requests.
Address and resolve travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific updates.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of travel insurance, visa processes, and international travel protocols.
Passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences.
