Role Overview:
As an
Operations Intern
, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a travel business. You'll assist with itinerary coordination, vendor communications, customer support logistics, and process improvements to ensure our clients enjoy a flawless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with travel booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and vendor coordination
Maintain and organize travel documentation and client records
Support customer queries and post-booking assistance
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Contribute to improving workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
A passion for travel and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
