We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, process optimization, and team leadership. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that business operations run efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with different departments, manage resources, and implement strategies to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and allocate resources (staff, equipment, budget) to meet operational needs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Resolve operational issues and manage risk factors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales, finance, and HR to ensure operational objectives are met.
Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on operations performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an Operations Manager or in a similar management role.
Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience with budget management and cost reduction strategies.
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes.
