Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Operations Intern

to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about business operations and management processes in a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments. Support the management team in administrative and documentation tasks. Help monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and prepare reports. Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain records, data entry, and handle routine correspondence. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal documentation. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the operations or management team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing organization.
