About the Role

We're looking for a proactive

Operations Intern / Junior Executive

who is excited to learn community management, content operations, and digital growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to managing shopping & deals communities, running ad campaigns, and understanding performance tracking--all in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Learn & Do

Manage and engage shopping & deals communities on Telegram and social media Curate and post deals, offers, and engaging content Interact with users, run polls, and maintain a positive community environment Spot trending deals and support exclusive promotions Assist in running and monitoring advertising campaigns (media buying) Learn campaign performance tracking and basic optimization Support data tasks using basic SQL and reports Create short push notification videos and content Work closely with growth, content, and operations teams
What We're Looking For

Interest in e-commerce, deals, and online communities Basic understanding of digital ads or willingness to learn Basic SQL knowledge (or readiness to pick it up quickly) Good grasping power and ability to follow instructions Responsible, proactive, and reliable Basic communication skills
Availability & Flexibility

Available throughout the week Flexible to work beyond office hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) Weekend availability when required
