2. Travel Planning
Itinerary Development: Create detailed itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Booking Services: Reserve flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.
3. Sales and Marketing
Promote Travel Packages: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.
Upselling Services: Recommend additional services like travel insurance, tours, or upgrades.
4. Customer Service
Assist Clients: Provide support before, during, and after travel, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Feedback Management: Gather client feedback to improve services.
