Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operational tasks, process coordination, and workflow optimization. Handle data entry, documentation, and report generation. Coordinate with teams for smooth business execution. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Manage inventory, vendors, and logistics (if applicable). Maintain records and databases. Conduct research and support problem-solving. Perform cold calling as required.

Requirements:

Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Operations, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with attention to detail. Prior internship or project experience is a plus. Strong Excel skills and willingness to do cold calling.
