Job Description

Intern will be responsible for assisting tasks across multiple areas in the operations department. The candidate will be required to maintain the efficiency of the operations and help teams to make smart decisions to maintain seamless operations. Candidates freshly graduated who are looking to kick-start their career in one of the most flourishing and engaging industry-logistics to use their knowledge into practical life should apply. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: POST GRADUATE IN BUSINESS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor branch\xe2\x80\x99s stock at their warehouse in terms of ageing.
• Monitor delivery as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s delivery requisitions per day.
• Monitor stock-in and stock-out with FIFO.
• Report the discrepancies with timelines to the operations team and manager of the branch about the stock.
• Weekly performance of the operations of the branches and point out any regular discrepancy to the operations director for solution.
• Weekly analysis of TAT route-wise.
• Incase of non-achievement of TAT, find the cause so as to present to the operations heads to be able assist the team with a solution to maintain the co. TAT.
• Regular followups.

• Responsive to the different problems occurring in the branches and find solutions best to overcome the issue to achieve best efficiency.
• Make protocols as per the management\xe2\x80\x99s focus.
• Be sensitive to all stakeholders> branch operations team, manager and management.
• Be able to apply practices to real life problems.
• Engaging attitude.
• Practical thinking.
• Very good communication skills > verbal and written.

Contract length: 3 months Salary: 99,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Benefits:
