The selected candidate would assist the Operations Coordinator in handling inbound telephonic, e-mail & social-media based queries, make outbound communication and innovatively use social media as instructed; communicate with the company's teachers & students, with the aim to resolve issues in conjunction with in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of leads and company's teachers & students.
Resolve issues in conjunction with the in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.
Maintain relevant databases, and generate MIS as required for analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
