Own the day-to-day functioning of the entire center, ensuring all areas operate in line with the clinic's mission, standards, and goals.
Coordination:
Serve as the central link between clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational harmony.
Staff Supervision:
Manage, train, and motivate all support staff including front desk, housekeeping, pharmacy/store, and security to maintain high standards of professionalism and service.
Patient Flow:
Oversee smooth patient registration, consultation, billing, and discharge processes, addressing any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
Stock & Inventory:
Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels of medical and non-medical supplies, avoiding overstocking or shortages. Oversee procurement and vendor management ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Facility Management:
Ensure that all equipment, utilities, and premises are well-maintained, clean, and functioning properly. Schedule routine maintenance and handle emergency repairs.
Budget & Cost Control:
Assist in adhering to operational budgets by optimizing resource utilization and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to all clinic policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and healthcare regulations.
Patient Grievances:
Act as the first point of contact for patient complaints or feedback, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation to the Center Manager when necessary.
Reporting:
Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the Center Manager, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.
Event & Activity Coordination:
Support planning and execution of in-clinic events, CMEs, health camps, and special initiatives as needed.
