Role Overview

This is a dual-function role combining operations management with creative content creation. You'll be the backbone of our daily operations while also being the creative voice of our brand on social media. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a startup.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management (50%)

Manage inventory tracking and stock levels Oversee order fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch coordination Handle vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers Lead in quality checks and ensure products meet brand standards Coordinate logistics with courier partners and track shipments Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation

Social Media & Content Creation (50%)

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand aesthetics

Appear on camera as the face of the brand

for reels, stories, live sessions and video content showcasing products and styling Shoot and edit photos/videos of products, behind-the-scenes, and artisan stories Create styling content, try-on videos, and product demonstrations Write compelling captions that highlight chikankari craftsmanship and brand values Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly Track social media analytics and suggest improvements Stay updated on trends and adapt content strategy accordingly Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in photoshoots and content production Support customer service Contribute ideas for product development and marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidate only Presentable, confident, and bold enough to face the camera as the brand's representative 0-2 year of experience in operations, content creation, social media management, or fresh graduates with relevant skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, and video content Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram (Reels, Stories) Photography and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar mobile apps) Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English Interest in fashion and styling
