Job Summary

The Operations In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing a sales team of 35 members across Assam. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and operational planning to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process for B2C solar panel products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 35 sales executives across various locations in Assam.

Plan, execute, and monitor daily sales operations and ensure achievement of regional targets.

Manage the end-to-end sales process for solar panel products (B2C segment).

Coordinate with management for reporting, strategy development, and market feedback.

Ensure proper communication, documentation, and follow-ups with clients and field teams.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and field visits.

Handle operational challenges and resolve issues to maintain efficiency in workflow.

Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure timely submission of sales data.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in team handling (minimum 2 years).

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage field operations across multiple districts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to field conditions.
