Key Responsibilities :

The person in this role is someone who gets things done. Someone who understands Processes and People, and has the ability to simplify complex business operations through thinking, planning and technology. To manage all operational matters between QubeHealth and these partners on a daily basis. Create, deploy, and embed standardised processes that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable across the book of business. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships both internally and externally. Work with speed and agility, focused on the key drivers of the business to ensure long-term sustainable growth. Bring insightful analysis to issues. Use logic in decision-making to determine the best solutions for the business. Create a continuous quality improvement culture that will enable the operation to be more efficient.

Requirements:

Based in Mumbai. Fluent in English. Understands Business & Professional Communication (Spoken & Written)
Is punctual, diligent & dependable.
