Required Operations Head for an well renowned company

Location - Vadodara

Qualification - Only Mechanical or Production Engineering

Develop and implement production plans, operational KPIs, and cost controls to meet business targets

Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, ISO, and other relevant industry standards for FRP equipment.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Oversee raw material procurement and vendor development

Able to check and modify Drawings on AUTOCAD Ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules for both standard and custom-built equipment

Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and workplace safety initiatives

Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety (EHS), and statutory regulations For Production output

Manage a cross-functional operations team and build strong leadership at the plant level

Monitor maintenance schedules and minimize downtime Report operational performance, resource utilization, and project progress to top management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
