Job Title: Operations Head

Location: Ahmedabad / Surat (Frequent travel to Vadodara, Surat & Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Conduct and audit training sessions for riders, telecallers & new hires; organize refresher and skill enhancement programs.
- Rider Engagement & Retention : Drive engagement, handle grievances, and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
- Team & Vendor Coordination: Support recruitment, manage vendor coordination, documentation, and payment settlements.
- Strategy & Marketing: Develop strategies for rider acquisition and retention; plan incentive programs and promotional activities.
- Reporting & MIS : Maintain and analyze data on training, recruitment, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Travel: Regular travel across operational cities for audits, training, and coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years in Operations, Training, or Rider/Telecaller Management.
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel & reporting tools.
- Team handling & rider management experience mandatory.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
