Job Description

At Tech2Globe Web Solutions, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities for E-commerce projects on online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.) and brand websites. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing the E-Commerce department for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in people management, and client retention and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.

Responsibilities:

1.) People Management:

Manage a diverse team of 100+ FTE consisting of Managers, Team Leads, Executives, Quality Assurance (QA) professionals, and more. Attrition and Shrinkage Management. Set Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads aligned with organizational goals. Mentor, train, and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and career advancement. Promote the sharing of best practices across shifts and networks to optimize performance. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork. Monitor and manage operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, utilization, and occupancy to drive performance improvements. Implement strategies to reduce attrition and shrinkage rates while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
2.) Client Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple E-commerce clients who broadcast their products on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Flipkart, Myntra and eBay and their brand websites built on Shopify, WordPress, Wix or custom based.

Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and represent plans to grow business opportunities. Monitor client attrition and shrinkage rates and implement proactive measures to retain clients and mitigate risks. Manage client's accounts and provide support, addressing issues or concerns to maintain high client satisfaction. Two or more years of proven success in an E-Commerce operations management role.
3.) Business Growth:

Utilize strong business acumen to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in people management and client services, preferably in the E-commerce industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Experience in setting and managing KPIs and performance metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
