Oversee end-to-end

plant operations

, including

production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control

. Plan, organize, and manage all operational activities to achieve

business goals and production targets

. Develop and implement

operational strategies

for improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Coordinate with

procurement, sales, and finance

teams for smooth execution of operations. Ensure

compliance with international standards

, local regulations, and safety norms. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of managers and supervisors. Drive

cost optimization

, waste reduction, and performance improvements. Oversee

inventory management, production scheduling

, and

plant maintenance

. Collaborate with senior leadership for

strategic expansion and new project rollouts

in Africa and other regions. Build strong vendor and partner relationships, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in

operations, production, or supply chain management

. Prior exposure to

international or African market operations

, especially

South Africa

adds advantage Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of

manufacturing processes

, quality systems, and ERP tools. Ability to handle multi-location teams and deliver results under pressure.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
