RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Management:
Planning, executing, and monitoring daily production schedules and manufacturing operations
Quality Control:
Ensuring products meet strict quality parameters and industry standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce waste.
Budget & Financial Management:
Managing operational budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations and meet financial goals.
Team Leadership & Development:
Leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional teams, including process engineers, Supervisors and technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
