We\'re seeking an Operations Head to lead and oversee all aspects of our product development and office operations. : As the Operations Head, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our product development processes. You\'ll lead a dedicated team responsible for producing educational materials and ensuring that our products are delivered punctually and maintain the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for education, a knack for operational excellence, and a vision to revolutionize learning, this role is tailor-made for you. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of content creators, editors, designers, video production and creative writers. Ensure their professional growth and productivity.
• Oversee the end-to-end product creation process, from ideation to delivery. Set clear goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in educational content.
• Manage resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to meet content creation objectives efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize content creation workflows, reducing inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Set project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with teams to meet content creation goals effectively.
• Monitor and manage the budget for content creation projects, making data-driven decisions to maximize resources.
• Work closely with content creators, educators, and technology teams to ensure alignment between content and educational objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and educational best practices, infusing innovation into content creation processes.

Education Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Ed/MBA/M.S Background: Curriculum Development, Educational Content Development, ICT HODs, Technical Experts. Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing content creation operations, preferably in the EdTech or publishing sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive teams.
• Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and a relentless commitment to quality.
• A deep understanding of educational content development and delivery.
