to manage and lead our PhD support center. This role includes handling daily operations, guiding teams, improving service quality, and ensuring timely delivery of research and academic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire operations of the PhD support branch
Ensure smooth workflow across departments (research, writing, editing, client coordination, etc.)
Monitor project deadlines and ensure on-time delivery
Lead and guide research writers, editors, and coordinators
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the academic and admin teams
Track daily targets, project progress, and team performance
Implement process improvements and maintain quality standards
Conduct regular meetings and provide reports to management
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of PhD research processes (thesis/dissertation, proposal, etc.)
Time management and problem-solving ability
Experience in handling academic/research teams preferred
Ability to work under deadlines
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate BE , MBA
Background in Research,, Management, or related fields is a plus
Minimum 5-10 years of experience required
