Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Strategic Management
Collaborate with the CEO/Managing Director to define business strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop functional heads (Production, QC, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance, etc.).
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Ensure workforce motivation, engagement, and training for skill development.
Financial & Cost Management
Prepare and manage operational budgets and control expenses.
Optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and ensure profitability.
Collaborate with Finance to analyze cost structures and improve margins.
Customer & Market Focus
Ensure timely delivery of products with required quality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Align manufacturing capacity with customer demand and market trends.
