Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth loan processing and client servicing.
Establish, streamline, and monitor SOPs for loan applications, credit assessments, and disbursements.
Collaborate with sales and credit teams to ensure effective client handling and timely loan closures.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and RBI guidelines.
Develop and track KPIs for operational efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and client satisfaction.
Mentor and lead the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA (Finance/Operations) / CA / Postgraduate in Finance or relevant field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience
in financial operations, preferably in loans/DSA/NBFC/banking.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience into Corporate funding, Working Capital is mandatory
Excellent knowledge of loan products, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and process optimization capabilities.
