Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute operational strategies for offshore LPO delivery, aligning with global standards and client expectations.

Service Delivery Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of legal support services (e.g., e-discovery, contract review, legal research, lease abstraction).

Stakeholder & Client Relations:

Act as a key liaison between US leadership/clients and the India operations, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

Process Improvement & Technology:

Identify automation opportunities (AI/ML), implement best practices, and drive continuous process enhancement for efficiency.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to documentation standards, confidentiality protocols, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Project Management:

Manage transitions of new BPO/LPO work, scale operations, and implement new tools.

Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness of operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any degree

Experience:

Extensive (8+ years) experience in offshore service delivery, operations management, and LPO/legal support services.

Leadership:

Proven track record of leading large, multi-cultural teams.

Communication:

Excellent English (written/spoken) is crucial; familiarity with US/India work cultures is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with project management tools, workflow automation, and general MS Office.

Legal Knowledge:

Strong understanding of legal processes, contract management, and global legal regulations.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to align operations with business goals and drive transformation.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
