Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve workflow and patient care.
Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and policies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Supervise administrative and support staff, including performance reviews.
Handle vendor negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
Crisis management and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of team management and operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
Experience in tertiary care hospitals
Familiarity with hospital ERP systems and digital health solutions.
