Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Operations Head - Hospital
to manage and oversee
end-to-end hospital operations
, including
Administration, Human Resources, and overall operational efficiency
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Hospital Operations
Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and processes
Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support departments
Ensure patient care standards and service quality are maintained
Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations
Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination
Implement and monitor SOPs, operational policies, and performance standards
Control budgets, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery
Administration
Manage overall hospital administration including facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Handle vendor management, procurement, contracts, and asset management
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and healthcare regulations
Oversee safety, hygiene, and infrastructure standards
Human Resources
Supervise HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Manage employee relations, grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Plan manpower requirements and ensure optimal staff utilization
Conduct staff training and engagement initiatives
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
Lead and oversee the
Fundraising Department
and its activities
Plan and execute fundraising strategies including donor engagement, CSR partnerships, grants, and events
Coordinate with NGOs, corporates, trusts, and individual donors
Ensure proper documentation, utilization, and reporting of funds
Work closely with management to support hospital growth and charitable initiatives
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, labor laws, and internal policies
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
Act as a bridge between management, medical staff, and support teams
