Position: Operations Head ( Education & Technology)

Role Overview

The Operations Head is a revenue-owning execution leader, accountable for converting institutional relationships, partnerships, and delivery capabilities into sustained business outcomes across Telikoz Academy Private Limited and Telikoz Infotech Private Limited. The role combines strategic execution, field engagement, and operational leadership, with significant on-ground presence required to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Hold primary ownership of revenue targets across education and cybersecurity business lines Drive revenue realization through partner enablement, institutional engagement, and execution alignment Maintain regular on-ground engagement with clients and partners across India (50% travel requirement) Translate business objectives into execution models that deliver predictable revenue outcomes Establish operating rigor, accountability, and performance discipline across teams Build scalable operational frameworks that support growth without compromising delivery quality Ensure alignment between partnerships, delivery, and financial outcomes Act as a core execution leader working closely with founders and senior leadership
Ideal Profile

Senior operations leader with strong revenue accountability in education, IT, or technology-driven organizations Proven ability to drive business outcomes through execution rather than transactional selling Comfortable with sustained travel and direct stakeholder engagement across India Thrives in high-growth, performance-oriented environments Mandatory Advanced English and Hindi Language Communication, with additional Language Skills Preferable.
