The role requires a senior construction professional capable of managing multiple sites, ensuring timely project delivery, effective cost control, and smooth coordination between the Head Office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities Project & Site Operations
Oversee
end-to-end execution
of multiple construction projects
Monitor
project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure completion of projects within
approved timelines and budgets
Review site progress, productivity, and resource utilization
Coordination & Control
Act as a
link between Head Office and site teams
Coordinate with
planning, billing, procurement, finance, and HR
departments
Review and approve
billing, BOQs, variations, and cost statements
Ensure timely availability of
materials, manpower, and machinery
Leadership & Compliance
Lead and guide
Project Managers, Site Engineers, and support teams
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
Resolve operational issues and act as
escalation authority
Implement and continuously improve
operational systems and processes
Eligibility & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in
Civil Engineering
Minimum
15+ years
of experience in construction project execution
Proven experience in
handling multiple sites simultaneously
Experience as
Senior Project Manager / Project Head / Construction Manager
preferred
Strong understanding of
contracts, billing, and cost control
Key Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning and decision-making ability
Sound technical and commercial knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and coordination skills
