Key Responsibilities1. Dinjan Brands Pvt. Ltd. (Retail & Franchise)

End-to-end responsibility for company-owned and franchise store operations Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and brand consistency Franchise onboarding, store setup, SOP compliance, and partner performance management Sales planning, execution, promotions, campaigns, and product launches Manpower planning, staffing, performance management, and coordination with HR Inventory planning, stock control, shrinkage prevention, and cost management Budget control and contribution to profitability Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing Ensure statutory, labor law, safety, and brand compliance Overall accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence across all brands under DBPL
2. Dinjan Apparel Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturing)

Complete ownership of manufacturing and stitching unit operations Production planning, execution, quality control, and capacity expansion Cost optimization, wastage control, and process standardization Raw material, WIP, finished goods, machinery, and vendor management Align production with business demand, e-commerce needs, and promotions Manpower planning, hiring, and team development in coordination with HR MIS, production reports, dashboards, and performance tracking Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory safety, and statutory requirements
Strategic Responsibilities (Both Entities)

Drive operational transformation, scalability, and continuous improvement Implement Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen practices Use KPIs and analytics for performance monitoring Develop leadership pipeline, succession planning, and high-performing teams Support expansion, capacity planning, and operational risk management Drive automation and technology adoption
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
