- Inter Personal & presentation skills, flexible, work effectively in teams & build high performance inter department team.
- Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations.
- Senior Management PPT & MIS reports preparation.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs.
- Cost effectiveness in operations and identify improvment areas
