and are now looking to scale this vertical in a structured, profitable way.

We are looking for a

hands-on Operations & Gifting Growth Executive

who can take ownership of daily operations, track numbers, and help grow the gifting business through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Role Overview

This is a

core execution role

, not a managerial one.
You will work closely with the founder and will be responsible for:

Smooth day-to-day operations Managing and growing the gifting business Tracking costs, margins, and monthly numbers
If you enjoy ownership, structure, and building systems from scratch, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and timelines Coordinate with vendors for bases, boxes, packaging, and customisation Ensure quality checks and proper packaging, especially for gifting orders Maintain SOPs for repeat orders and gifting workflows Identify and reduce operational cost leakages

2. Gifting Business Growth

Handle inbound gifting enquiries (corporate & wedding) Proactively reach out to potential gifting clients via: Cold calling WhatsApp follow-ups Email outreach Build and maintain a gifting leads pipeline (Google Sheets / CRM) Coordinate pricing, samples, timelines, and order execution Close small to mid-ticket gifting orders independently

3. Numbers & Reporting

Track daily orders, revenues, and costs Prepare monthly P&L inputs using a provided template Track gifting vs retail profitability Share a simple monthly performance report with the founder

Who Should ApplyMust-Have

1-3 years of experience in: Ecommerce operations D2C brand operations Startup operations Gifting / merchandise business Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel Willing to do cold calling and follow-ups Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience with Shopify backend Prior exposure to corporate or wedding gifting Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Not a purely sales role Not a finance/accounting role Not a managerial role
This is a
