fast learner with analytical clarity

, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage daily operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

- Maintain project trackers (budget, timelines, contacts)

- Prepare summaries, reports & documentation

- Coordinate with CA, financial analysts & consultants

- Research vendors, partners & market data

- Organize files on Drive and maintain internal logs

Financial:

- Support financial modelling (project cost sheets, ROI)

- Assist CA with basic data collation

- Maintain expense & payment logs

- Prepare tables/charts for reports & pitch decks

- Research comparable investments & benchmarks

Skills & Requirements

Education:

B. Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Operations)

Skills:

Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, accounting basics, research & analytics

Languages:

English (required), Bengali (preferred)

Personality:

Organized, proactive, discreet, comfortable with numbers

Must Have:

Laptop/PC + good internet

Availability:

Immediate starters, 3-month commitment
