Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years in logistics firm
:
Hire, coordinate, and manage drivers as per operational requirements.
Track vehicles through GPS and ensure timely planning and execution of shipments.
Coordinate with the sales team to arrange drivers and vehicles as needed.
Supervise online allocation, loading, unloading, and overall movement of shipments.
Maintain logs, LR copies, and accurate records of all executed orders.
Enter and update shipment details in the logistics system for smooth processing.
Calculate and record shipment details such as weight, quantity, destination, and charges.
Handle route planning, vehicle tracking, and driver trip settlements.
Support smooth operational flow by ensuring timely documentation and coordination.
