Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle
Zoho implementation and system operations
across client projects. The role involves hands-on execution within
Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
, managing system configurations, handling Zoho-related queries, and ensuring smooth execution of implementation and post-implementation activities. This role offers exposure to live client systems and real business workflows, making it ideal for someone looking to build depth in Zoho operations and consulting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory implementations, including setup, configuration, and testing.
Manage day-to-day Zoho operations and system updates across client accounts.
Handle Zoho-related operational queries and coordinate with Zoho support teams when required.
Track implementation tasks, system issues, and updates to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into Zoho configurations.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and status updates related to Zoho work.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across Zoho data and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Have Experience as an Accountant.
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
with
Quick Books or Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
or any other accounting softwarer rather than Tally ERP.
Strong understanding of accounting and inventory processes.
Experience working on live Zoho implementations or operational environments.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet timelines.
Clear communication and structured working style.
High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
