We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
with hands-on experience in
digital marketing
to support daily business operations, ensure smooth execution of internal processes, and assist in managing online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to bridge operational efficiency with digital marketing initiatives to enhance business performance and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations Management
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, client visits, and field operations.
Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement activities as required.
Prepare and maintain reports related to expenses, travel claims, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Support management in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
Digital Marketing
Manage and monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand presence.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in line with company objectives.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, posts, and promotions.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools
Research trends and opportunities to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain coordination between internal teams.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on operations and marketing performance.
Provide administrative and strategic support to the reporting manager as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in operations and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
