An Operations Executive with Advanced Excel manages business processes and workflow, leveraging strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, coordinating with departments, ensuring data accuracy, and using advanced Excel features like pivot tables and VLOOKUP to generate insights and streamline workflows. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support operational goals and drive productivity. Key Responsibilities

Oversee Operations:

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze data, identify trends, and generate accurate reports.

Process Improvement:

Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between different departments to align resources and ensure seamless business operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within operational procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Documentation:

Assist in documentation and policy creation related to operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced Excel Proficiency:

Expertise in formulas, functions (like SUMIF, IFERROR, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, data visualization, and macros for data analysis and automation.

Strong Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Excellent Communication:

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve workflows.

Knowledge of Operations Management:

Understanding of how to manage day-to-day business operations for optimal performance.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred.
