We are a growing B2C website focused on delivering exceptional value and experience to our customers. As we scale, we're looking for a proactive Operations Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain platform quality and uphold compliance and user trust.
Key Responsibilities
Website Quality Assurance:
Regularly review and test the website to ensure optimal performance, usability, and content accuracy.
Bug Identification & Reporting:
Identify functional or design bugs across the site, document them clearly, and coordinate with the tech team for timely resolution. Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tasks and bug tracking.
Support Mail Handling:
Monitor and respond to customer support emails . Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to user queries.
Misuse Monitoring:
Track user activity to identify and flag potential misuse, fraud, or policy violations. Maintain user trust by ensuring all interactions align with company standards.
Copyright & Content Compliance:
Review user-generated and internal content to ensure compliance with copyright laws, brand guidelines, and platform policies.
Email Delivery Assurance:
Monitor and verify email communications (transactional, promotional, and system emails) for deliverability. Use tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Postmark to analyze email performance and minimize bounce/spam issues.
Alerts & Notifications Management:
Set up and manage automated alerts for key operational metrics, including website uptime, broken links, email bounce rates, support queue backlog, and suspicious user activity. Use monitoring tools such as UptimeRobot, Google Alerts, Postmark, or internal dashboards to detect and address issues proactively.
Requirements
Basic understanding of operations, website QA, or a similar role in a B2C or digital environment
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with website testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Google Lighthouse), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and reporting platforms
Experience with ticketing/support systems
Basic understanding of email systems and deliverability best practices (e.g., SMTP, SPF/DKIM, email campaign tools)
Knowledge of copyright compliance and digital content standards.
