Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day business operations and ensure timely execution of tasks
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth workflow
Maintain inventory, office supplies, and logistics records
Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and data entry
Track and follow up on work progress and pending tasks
Visit vendor or client locations when required (local travel only)
Support the operations manager in administrative and operational planning
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent)
1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative role (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and Word
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Candidates from Varanasi or nearby areas preferred
Ability to multitask and work independently
