Job Description



The Operations & HR Executive is responsible for optimizing company workflows, coordinating between departments, managing operational tasks, and executing core HR duties. This role ensures efficient daily operations, smooth project delivery, and a positive employee experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations, manage workflows, and coordinate with internal teams for project fulfillment. Implement and manage key marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, automation tools), and ensure campaign processes run smoothly. Handle lead management, client service communications, and report on operational KPIs. Manage HR administration including maintaining staff records, managing payrolls, leave, and HRIS (HR information systems). Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractual documentation, and company policies. Support recruitment by preparing job postings, screening candidates, and assisting in interviews. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement, and internal communication. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievance redressal, and fostering a healthy workplace environment. Prepare and analyze operation and HR reports, and implement process improvements where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations, HR, or digital marketing environments. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, use operations/CRM/HRIS tools, and prioritize tasks independently. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign management, or HR best practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
