Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational tasks and project follow-ups
Support HR-related activities such as coordination, documentation, and communication
Contribute to marketing activities, including content drafts, campaign coordination, and basic market research
Handle client communication, maintain client relationships, and manage client accounts
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed
Manage communication, scheduling, and task tracking
Explore and implement AI tools/automation to improve productivity
Handle additional tasks as assigned across various business functions
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Tech-savvy mindset with strong familiarity and interest in AI tools, automation, and modern workspace technologies
