Job Description

Pincodekart is expanding, and we're looking for energetic

Operations Executives

to join our team in Udaipur. If you have at least

6 months of experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer support

, and strong communication skills, this role is for you.

What you'll do:



Call and engage with manufacturers to onboard them on Pincodekart Assist in

product listing, catalog management, and data entry

Communicate platform benefits and handle onboarding queries Support smooth operations and maintain call reports

What we're looking for:



Minimum 6 months of calling / telesales / customer handling experience Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic computer knowledge for product listing & data management Target-driven and proactive attitude
