Hotel Management graduates (freshers)
who want to start their careers in operations and hospitality management. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering professional service in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage
day-to-day operational activities
with a hospitality-first approach.
Support logistics, client servicing, and inventory management.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations.
Handle
guest interactions and service coordination
professionally.
Provide
on-ground operational support
, including flexibility for extended hours when required.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
(Mandatory).
Freshers encouraged to apply (0-1 year of experience in hotel operations / hospitality preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Must reside within
5 km of Kondapur
.
Willingness to travel when required.
Work Schedule
Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
2nd & 4th Saturdays off
Flexibility required for
extended hours during peak operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
