Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of diagnostic laboratories and Branches Ensure smooth coordination between branches Monitor processing, testing, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness. Maintain compliance with NABL/ISO standards and internal SOPs. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues. Track and report KPIs related to lab operations, TAT (Turnaround Time), and quality metrics. Coordinate logistics for sample transportation. Support the implementation of new diagnostic tests, equipment, and technology. Manage inventory of consumables and reagents, ensuring zero stock-outs. Train and guide staff to maintain operational efficiency. Liaise with corporate clients, hospitals, and partner labs as required. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal regulations.
