Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete travel arrangements: flights, hotels, cabs, sightseeing & activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bookings and service confirmations.
Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and all travel-related documents.
Handle customer queries before, during & after the trip.
Resolve on-ground issues such as delays, changes, or service concerns.
Monitor booking status and follow up on confirmations, payments & documents.
Maintain CRM and booking records accurately.
Support sales team with availability checks, pricing & quotations.
Coordinate with drivers, guides, hotels & activity partners for seamless operations.
Manage cancellations, amendments & refunds as per company policy.
Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, hotels & travel services.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of travel products, destinations & booking processes
Ability to multitask and handle customer issues professionally
