Key responsibilities for Operation role
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cabs, sightseeing, and tour activities
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bookings, confirmations, and service delivery
Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents accurately
Manage customer queries before, during, and after the trip
Resolve on-ground issues related to delays, changes, or service concerns
Monitor booking status and follow up for confirmations, payments, and documentation
Maintain CRM and booking records with updated information
Support the sales team with availability checks, pricing, and quotation preparation
Coordinate with drivers, guides, hotels, and activity partners for smooth execution
Ensure customer satisfaction with timely communication and high service quality
Handle cancellations, amendments, and refunds as per company policy
Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel services

Pay: ?140,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per year
