Key Requirements
Strong admin, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good communication & customer-handling skills
Proficient in MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, data entry & reports
Basic knowledge of social media
Fluent in English (local language preferred)
Valid driving license (2-wheeler )
Positive attitude; willingness to support children with disabilities
Must be willing to travel
Weekends working; week-off on weekdays
Not a field-work role - weekend work will be at the academy
Responsibilities
Coordinate sports programs for children with disabilities
Manage schedules, venues, logistics & equipment
Handle registrations, attendance & reporting
Work with coaches, therapists & volunteers
Communicate with parents & caregivers
Support events, workshops & competitions
Promote academy activities via social media & outreach
Ensure a safe and supportive academy environment
