Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

Takku is a local delivery app connecting customers with nearby restaurants and shops. We are hiring a Remote Operations Executive to manage daily orders and coordinate between delivery partners, shops, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Monitor orders in real time, coordinate with delivery partners and shops, handle customer queries, update order status and reports, and escalate urgent issues when needed.

Skills Required:

Good communication in English and local language, basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, web dashboard), multitasking ability, customer-friendly attitude, reliable internet and laptop/desktop, calm under pressure.

Preferred:

Experience in customer support or delivery operations is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Work Hours: Shift-based, 6-8 hours daily.

Salary: ?7,000-?10,000 per month.
