Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations for holiday packages and leisure travel. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors to ensure seamless service. Handle itinerary planning, reservations, and customer relationship management. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Support reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvements.
Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in travel operations. Strong knowledge of holiday packages and destination management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in customer relationship management. Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
